Want to learn about computer security? Then go to the movies! Science Fiction especially needs the bad guys to make mistakes, and security mistakes usually make for a good plot. It's not always the bad guys who mess up though. It seems everyone is really bad at security when computers are involved. A foundation of security is identifying hazards - the things that could go wrong and how. Only then can you set up defences to guard against your weaknesses. So get watching and learning.
